The company was founded by Alejandra Ramos, a Quality Systems and Supply Chain leader with over 20 years of international experience in regulated industries including dietary supplements, food, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
Throughout her career, Alejandra has led the implementation and optimization of GMP-compliant quality systems, regulatory programs, and operational improvements across organizations in both the United States and Latin America.
She has participated in and supported more than 100 audits conducted by regulatory agencies and international clients, including FDA, NSF, SQF, GFCO, USDA Organic, ISO 9001, BASC, and narcotics regulatory authorities, developing strong expertise in compliance readiness and audit preparation.
Her background combines quality systems implementation, regulatory compliance, supply chain operations, and bilingual workforce training, allowing her to bridge the gap between documentation, operational reality, and employee training effectiveness.
